Marion Visual and Performing Arts Magnet

Because the arts play an important role in addressing the needs of our students, the Marion VPA Encore team has been hard at work developing innovative ways to keep students engaged through distance learning. Each member of our Encore team will be creating, videoing, and posting interactive lessons that encourage students to use their talents and enjoy arts-based activities with their families. Through short video tutorials or links to our favorite learning sites, students will continue to have the opportunity to participate in creative processes each day. New lessons will be uploaded to the VPA Facebook page daily: Monday - Discovery; Tuesday - Drama; Wednesday - Art; Thursday - Music; Friday - PE. We would love to see the creative work of our students. Please feel free to share pictures or short videos of your child’s creativity while participating in these lessons. We cannot wait to see what they create!
