5th grade students learned about habit 2: begin with the end in mind by first attempting to put a puzzle together upside down. Once students flipped over the puzzle pieces to see the puzzle images, they were able to see what the puzzle was supposed to look like. This activity shows the importance of goal setting. If you cannot see where you are going, it will be difficult to reach the goal.
6th graders are happy to be back at HCGC.

In Ms. Slade-Adams class, students talked about how their choices can affect everyone (one domino falls and all the rest fall over as well) and how we should think of win win solutions. “It’s not about me or you, it’s about all of us”.
