Wednesday’s National Signing Day saw the Marion football program continue its recent success of finding opportunities for players to go to the next level. Six players signed their letters of intent in front of their family, friends, and coaches.
“We tried our best to make this day as special as we could because today was about them and their accomplishments,” said Marion Head Football Coach Keith Houston. “This is an opportunity for them to further their education and keep playing the game that they love. Signing day is always a special time.”
The Patriot signees included the following:
- Frank Bohanon to Arkansas Baptist College (Little Rock)
- DJ Johnson to William Penn University (Oskaloosa, Iowa)
- Tajiri Ellis to Graceland University (Lamoni, Iowa)
